Dear Bob:

I just read your letter. Don't worry about my expenses, I shall give you a reasonable rate since we were both in the same boat in the army. You would be in the hospital for about two weeks. That might run you about $100.00. Let me know at least two weeks before you come so we can made a reservation for you at the hospital.
