RE: 10 a.m. meeting in S-230 on Jan. 5
DATE: January 4, 1993

Senator Domenici previously asked if it would be possible for you to schedule in your office a meeting of the Republican Senators on the Joint Committee on the Organization of Congress, for the opening day of Congress, January 5, 1993 for a half hour to discuss their role in this project.

The meeting will take place in S-230 at 10 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 10:30.

The Republican Senators you appointed to the Joint Committee on the Organization of Congress are:

The Senator from New Mexico [Mr. Domenici], vice chairman;
The Senator from Kansas [Mrs. Kassebaum] ;
The Senator from Mississippi [Mr. Lott];
The Senator from Alaska [Mr. Stevens];
