o Possible Budget Resolution (if Committee reports Thursday.)
o Unclear other issues:
o Campaign Finance unlikely.
o Rail Strike: voluntary extension of strike delay expires Tuesday, April 16th -- Action may be sought on Presidential Emergency Board recommendations.

Jim Dyer, new Deputy Assistant To President for Congressional.
Formerly with Philip Morris, held House legislative liaison job under Reagan Administration and Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs under Reagan Administration. Started with Congressman Joe McDade.

THE SENATE WILL CONVENE AT 2:30 P.M. TODAY, AND AT 3:00 P.M. IT WILL BE THE MAJORITY LEADER'S INTENTION TO BEGIN CONSIDERATION OF S. 207, THE C.F.T.C. BILL, FOR DEBATE ONLY. THEREFORE, VOTES WILL NOT OCCUR DURING TODAY'S SESSION OF THE SENATE.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10
DUE TO THE MEMORIAL SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH FOR SENATOR HEINZ, THE SENATE IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE IN SESSION.
THURSDAY, APRIL 11
THE MAJORITY LEADER WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SUBSTANTIAL PROGRESS, IF NOT COMPLETE ACTION ON THE C.F.T.C. BILL. THEREFORE, VOTES WILL OCCUR.
FRIDAY, APRIL 12
IT IS UNLIKELY THAT THE SENATE WILL BE ASKED TO BE IN SESSION, DUE TO THE MEMORIAL SERVICE IN WASHINGTON FOR SENATOR HEINZ.
