4. S. 1163, Job Training Partnership Act Amendments - likely to be consent item.
5. Solid Rocket Motor Bill - some controversey (Rudman)

Finance markup continuing - no consensus yet, but clear Republican oppostion to new funding sources. Continues to be controversial
Reconciliation (ask Domenici, Packwood to comment)
CONGRESS MUST COMPLETE ACTION PRIOR TO OCTOBER 15 to avoid sequester. At the moment Finance & Agriculture are the only two Committees who have yet to complete action. Finance has been insructed to achieve $2.7 billion in reductions and $5.3 billion in revenues. Agriculture has been instructed to achieve $1 billion in deductions.
