3. Supplemental Appropriations Bill ($11 billion)
:: House scheduled to take up this week.
:: House bill will include language on arms control and Salt II sublimits. House Republicans unlikely to mount serious opposition to provisions preferring to fight on DOD authorization bill.
:: It is unclear what our Appropriations Committee will do.
:: A more limited supplemental for just CCC and the homeless may be necessary in May if we appear to be deadlocked on the big bill.

4. Debt Limit
