a. Gorton Ad Hoc Committee Recommendations
i) Limit debate on Motion to Proceed to 2 hours
ii) Reduce post cloture debate to 20 hours, but increase cloture vote requirement from 60 votes to two-thirds present and voting.
iii) Establish a procedure to impose a germaneness requirement on amendments.
iv) Modify the current rules dealing with legislation on an appropriations bill.

i) TV or Radio in the Senate
ii) Electronic Voting
3. Scheduling Committee Meetings to Minimize Conflicts
4. Topics for Closed Unofficial Meeting of all 100 Senators
