Gold medal on a royal blue ribbon. The medal has five points in a star pattern behind a circular emblem in the middle. The ends of the star points split into dovetails with small circles on tips. Diamond pattern texture within star points. The central emblem has a white background with a gold eagle in front of two mountains. Below the eagle is the word 'Armenia' written in Armenian. The center emblem is framed with a gold circle of engraved leaves.

Silver medal on a blue ribbon. The silver has tarnished to a gold appearance in places. Medal has five points in a star pattern, ends of points split into two points with circles on very tips. Diamond pattern within star points. In middle is a gold eagle in profile, behind are two mountains, all in gold, background is white. Below eagle is the word 'Armenia' written in Armenian. Gold circle with leaves surrounding. Medal is the Armenian Order of Honor. Dole was presented with this medal on December 17, 2019 by the Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Varuzhan Nersesyan.
