This letter confirms your attendance at our October 25 banquet honoring Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrossian. Attached is the VIP/Speaker schedule. Please note that you are scheduled to deliver remarks at approximately 8:25 pm. Alice Kelikian will introduce you. As a reminder, please make every effort to attend the VIP Reception, which will be from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm in the Russell/Hart/Cannon rooms of the J.W. Marriott Hotel. At 8:00 pm, there will be rolling introductions where you and the entire Head Table will be introduced.
As previously discussed, we will provide your staff with talking points by the close of business on Monday. We thought that you may find the talking points of use in preparing remarks.
