Dear Bob:
I will be in Washington as you know for the meeting of the Board of National League of Families on November 20-21. We will be stationed at the Bolling Air Force Base. Carole Hanson, the Chairman of the Board, states that we are to meet with Dr. Kissinger on either November 19 or November 22. During that time I will try to make contact with you or with Bill Kats.
