SUMMARY
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pub. Law No. 101-336, prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in employment, public services, public accommodations and services operated by private entities, transportation, and telecommunications. Numerous regulations have been promulgated under the ADA. This report contains citations to these regulations, telephone numbers where copies of the regulations can be ordered, and telephone numbers of organizations which may be of assistance to constituents.(1) TDD numbers are included when available.
