Cassettes #1-158 are in the original order imposed by Senator Dole's office. Cassettes #159-239 are in the original order imposed by Noel Koch, a speechwriter who worked on the 1976 Ford-Dole campaign. Koch donated these cassettes to Dole in 1999. The remaining cassettes have not had any order imposed on them.
