SUBJECT: MEETING WITH FARM BUREAU BOARD OF DIRECTORS

As you know the presidents from each county and the board of directors from Kansas are in town from Monday 5:00 p.m. to Thursday noon. The group will consist of approx. 185 people in total.

Doyle Rahjes has requested the opportunity for the board of directors to meet with you sometime while they are in town. The group would consist of 13 directors and a couple of staff (15 in total).

The time periods that would be open for them are as follows:
Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - noon
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - noon
Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

They suggested a meeting in the RLO.
