The State people will be Bernie Aronson (Assistant Secretary for Latin America) and Janet Mullins (where have I heard that name before?).
Attached is the new Administration package -- the one they've worked out with Foley, Obey et al, that the House is expected to pass on Wednesday. I doubt anyone will have any problem with it except Helms.
