SUBJECT: PROPOSED MEETING ON CATASTROPHIC HEALTH INSURANCE
The White House called and would like to set up a meeting in your office tomorrow at 10:45 a.m. with Finance Committee Republicans regarding Catastrophic Health Insurance. They are finally prepared to provide us with details of their objections and suggested alternatives. Can we proceed to set up the meeting? This meeting, which will include Howard Baker, will immediately precede the 11:15 a.m. already set up with Baker and Carlucci.
