Wiles, past national commander, will be two of the keynote speakers for the 63rd annual convention of the Kansas American Legion, May 15-17 at Ramada Inn Downtown. The state Legion Auxiliary will hold its 61st annual state convention at the same time in the Downtown Holiday Inn. Other Legion keynoters will be Bill Grigsby, Kansas City sports and news commentator, and Clarence M. Kelley, former FBI director. Kogutek is a plant manager for Buffalo Brake Beam Company, Lackawanna, N.Y. He was elected national commander at the 62nd annual National Convention Aug. 21, 1980. Wiles, a Topeka attorney, was national commander of the Legion in 1975-76. Grigsby has been a broadcaster of news and sports for 30 years.
