SUBJ: Photo with State Senator Eric Reeves

I received a request from State Senator Reeves asking for a group photograph. The group is comprised of 7 fathers and 7 daughters; Senator Reeves will accompany the group. The group would like to take the picture on Friday afternoon, March 5th at 12:05.

I would have the group set up and ready to take the picture as soon as you returned from presiding.
