Attached is the "Gold Seal" letter you requested for Cynthia Eder. 

I spoke with Mike Glassner yesterday and he indicated that the Cynthia's family is looking for information about facilities where she can continue her rehabilitation. This was the meaning of his query in a memo yesterday as to whether the "Dole Foundation" would be a good source of support, to which you replied "No." (Incidentally, Mike says Cynthia is financially well off and money for rehabilitation is apparently not an issue.)
 
Two good sources of rehabilitation information would be: 
1. Dr. Henry Betts of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and

2. Dr. David Gray, Deputy Director of the National Center for Medical Rehabilitation Research at the National Institutes of Health.
